Bungee Training Classes
What is Bungee Training?
Bungee Fitness involves cardio, strength training, and full body-workout while attached to a harness and bungee cord. The benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it is a low-impact workout and is easy on the joints when incorporating lunges, squats, and jumping into the routine.

What is PiYo?
PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat.
